Netherlands Camp | Day Two

2026/07/07

Al-Taawoun Club's first football team continued its training in its preparation camp held in the Netherlands, where the team held, this evening, its second training session as part of the technical programme set in preparation for the new 2026/2027 sporting season

The training session began at 5:00 PM at the stadium at the delegation's residence, and the technical staff began the session with warm-up drills, followed by a set of fitness tests, aiming to assess the players' physical readiness and measure their levels at this stage of preparation

At the same time, the goalkeepers underwent a special training programme under the supervision of the goalkeeping coach, which included a number of technical and specialised exercises aimed at developing skill aspects and raising the level of readiness

The head coach concluded the training session by imposing a number of tactical drills, during which he focused on applying some technical and organisational ideas on the pitch, amid engagement and commitment from the players in carrying out the instructions, as part of the preparation plan for the new season

The team continues its training programme over the coming days, as the technical staff seek to bring the players to the highest levels of readiness before the official competitions begin.
